About the Role

• Take ownership of this project from start to finish
• Manage subcontractors and ensure quality finishes across all stages
• Work closely with a cohesive, highly experienced team – PM, CA, and on-site lead hand
• Use your leadership and organisational skills to keep programs on track
• Maintain open, professional communication with clients throughout the build

Your Background

• 5+ years experience site managing commercial apartment OR multi-residential OR medium density projects $10M +
• Experience delivering structures that are 3 levels +
• Carpentry background
• Basement / class 2 experience (favourable but not essential)
• Keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes
• Ability to drive programs and resolve issues effectively
• Strong communication skills with subcontractors, office staff, and clients
