We are seeking a highly experienced and reliable Multi-Skilled Civil Operators to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience operating a variety of heavy machinery, a strong understanding of civil construction practices, and a commitment to safety and quality. This role is integral to the successful delivery of our civil projects.

Key Responsibilities

Operate a wide range of plant and equipment including (but not limited to):

Excavators

Loaders

Dozers

Graders

Rollers

Skid steers

Backhoes

Perform civil tasks such as:

Bulk and detailed earthworks

Trenching, grading, and compaction

Drainage installation

Road construction and maintenance

Site preparation and rehabilitation

Conduct daily pre-start checks and ensure all equipment is maintained in safe working order.

Work collaboratively with site teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Adhere to safety procedures, environmental regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar civil operator role.

Valid driver’s license (or higher).

Nationally recognized plant/machinery tickets (RIIs or VOCs).

White Card (Construction Induction).

Proven ability to operate multiple machines efficiently and safely.

Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and processes.

Ability to read and interpret site plans and levels.

Commitment to safety, punctuality, and team collaboration.

Desirable

GPS or final trim experience (highly regarded).

Experience in remote or FIFO project work.

First Aid and CPR certification.
