Core Skills & Requirements:

Proficient in operating GPS-equipped graders and hold the required competency

Strong understanding of plant and equipment maintenance.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Excellent communication skills.

Basic IT skills, including email and mobile phone use.

Current NT HR licence and Construction Induction Certificate (White Card).

Willingness to work on a project roster and stay in work camps.
