About the Role

We are seeking a Financial Adviser or Associate Adviser to join our growing team. Whether you’re fully qualified to provide advice or working towards your accreditation, this is a great opportunity to be a part of a newly formed but established boutique firm that values independence, integrity, and client outcomes.

Given our existing and growing client base, you’ll have the autonomy to deliver tailored advice supported by a disciplined investment process and access to a wide range of asset classes. You’ll work closely with a small, collaborative team and benefit from the necessary research and tools to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do

Assist in providing holistic, goals‑based financial advice to HNW families and NFP clients.

Attend and participate in client meetings, both in person and via video call.

Perform client portfolio reviews & rebalances, followed by trade execution.

Develop and maintain Investment Policy Statements (IPS) for our clients.

Oversee our bespoke performance reporting tool and the preparation of client reports.

Conduct market research, product analysis, and meet with fund managers.

Build long‑term client relationships grounded in trust and transparency.

What We’re Looking For

Relevant tertiary qualification and Financial Adviser Standards compliance (or working towards).

Strong technical knowledge across investments and superannuation.

Exceptional communication skills and a people‑first mindset.

Ability to thrive in a collaborative, boutique environment.
