About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Associate Financial Adviser to support and grow within a highly regarded Sydney CBD wealth management team. Working closely with Senior Advisers, you’ll gain exposure to complex client strategies and enjoy a clear pathway to becoming a Financial Adviser within a firm that invests in your long-term success.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Associate Adviser

Prepare and prioritise Letters of Advice

Develop strategy notes, meeting packs, and detailed client file notes.

Conduct financial modelling and analysis: cash flow, gearing, risk, and portfolio reviews.

Manage client onboarding, compliance documentation, and portfolio implementation.

Liaise with external stakeholders including accountants, fund managers, and superannuation providers.

Support the Adviser with workflow management and business strategy execution.

About You

Degree-qualified in Finance, Business, or Commerce.

Progress towards FASEA-approved qualifications.

1–3 years’ experience in financial planning, Client services, paraplanning, or associate advice. We are looking for the right person not just the experience.

Strong technical knowledge with a passion for private wealth advice.

Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to career growth.
