We are seeking a motivated Mandarin-speaking Financial Adviser Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational and client service skills who wants to play a key part in delivering high-quality financial advice and support.

In this position, you will work closely with our principal adviser to ensure smooth client experiences, focusing on the implementation of advice and clear, ongoing communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the adviser’s schedule, book appointments, and prepare for client meetings.

Communicate directly with clients, responding to queries and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Assist with onboarding new clients across investments, superannuation, and insurance.

Implement advice strategies and prepare supporting documentation.

Ensure risk and compliance standards are consistently met.

Support advisers and collaborate with the administration team to maintain best-practice processes.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and professional partners.

Requirements

Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken).

Degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

At least 2 years’ experience in a client service, administration, or assistant role.

Quick learner with strong technical aptitude across software systems.

Excellent communication skills, with a professional telephone manner.

Strong relationship management and client service focus.

Ability to prioritise tasks and work within compliance frameworks.
