The Role…
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team—someone who can hit the ground running. This is not an entry-level position; the ideal candidate will have proven experience in property management and must hold a current QLD Real Estate Licence or Registration Certificate.

Your focus - providing exceptional service for landlords, tenants, and the team. You are high-energy, proactive, and take initiative—someone who starts and completes tasks, takes ownership, and consistently looks for ways to make a positive difference.

With a clear, compassionate communication style, you’ll navigate complex situations with ease, balancing tasks efficiently and managing time effectively. You will oversee a varied portfolio of residential properties in both short and long-term management. Our portfolio spans entry-level to high-end properties, giving you the opportunity to leverage your experience across diverse client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end Property Management

Day-to-day management of a diverse property portfolio

Liaise with tenants and owners to ensure positive outcomes

Leasing duties including advertising, application processing, and lease preparation

Organising and overseeing property maintenance

Conducting entry and final/outgoing inspections

Managing enquiries and correspondence
