💰 Hourly Rate: $45.53 – $51.17 (WT 6A.1 to 6.9)
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Centre Director to lead our service until October 2026 at Busy Bees at Spearwood. In this pivotal leadership role, you will:
Fixed term contract, Parental Leave cover October 2025 - October 2026
Long term qualified staff
A welcoming homely service
Lead, mentor, and inspire your team of educators to deliver quality outcomes for children
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Busy Bees policies
Build strong partnerships with families and the local community
Manage daily operations, including enrolments, staffing, and budgets
Drive continuous improvement across all areas of the service
Foster a positive culture of collaboration, learning, and professional growth
What You’ll Need
Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised)
Demonstrated leadership experience within an early childhood service
Strong understanding of NQF, EYLF, and compliance frameworks
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to oversee financial and operational aspects of a childcare service
Current WA Working with Children Check (WWCC), First Aid & CPR
