Hourly Rate: $45.53 – $51.17 per hour (depending on experience and level)
About the Role
Busy Bees at Rivergums is seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Director to lead our service. With a licensed capacity of 95 children, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, mentoring your team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and care.
As a Centre Director, you will:
Provide inspirational leadership and guidance to educators
Oversee all centre operations including compliance, staffing, budgeting, and occupancy
Ensure alignment with EYLF, NQS, and ACECQA standards
Foster strong partnerships with families and the wider community
Collaborate with the Educational Leader to deliver innovative, child-led learning programs
Promote Busy Bees’ values of Care, Quality, Service, and Value in everyday practice
What You’ll Need
Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Proven experience in a leadership role within early education
In-depth knowledge of compliance, EYLF, and NQS standards
Current Working with Children Check (WA)
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
Full Australian working rights
