This design-led studio has a focus on high-end quality design projects across multi-residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors both locally and internationally. They are seeking two positive and motivated Graduate(s) of Architecture to joint the team and support Directors, working through design stages and being responsible for preparing DD and DA packages autonomously.

Key Responsibilities

Produce and deliver Concept, Design Development and DA packages from initial design ideas or sketches

Attend all relevant meetings and coordinate between all consultants whilst maintaining design intent

Support and assist Architects and/or Directors in design stages

Develop design concepts and use presentation/rendering software

Skills & Experience

Minimum 3+ years experience in a local practice

Degree qualification in Architecture

Strong understanding of the design process on local projects

Experience in design and delivery, preferably of multi-residential or mixed-use projects

Proficiency in Revit.

Enscape or Lumion experience ideal

Solid working understanding of Australian standards, BCA and NCC

Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to client and to your peers

Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with a team
