The Role

You’ll have the flexibility to shape your career path, whether your strengths are in Service or Projects.

Service & Maintenance – Build advanced skills in high-end fault finding and troubleshooting across large-scale panels. The team has capacity to bring on either a Senior Service Technician, or a motivated Technician who is ready to progress into a Senior role. You’ll work closely with high-end clients as the key point of contact for system issues, upgrades, and technical advice, becoming trusted for your expertise.

Projects & Installations – Be hands-on with installations, programming, and commissioning across major commercial projects in a team. From new builds to renovations and large-scale system upgrades, you’ll be working with the latest technology for a diverse client base.

About You

• Previous experience in the commercial security space is required
• Hands-on exposure to larger platforms such as Genetec, Integriti, Inception, Milestone, Avigilon, Tecom, or Axis is highly desirable
• A positive, ambitious attitude and desire for long-term career growth
• QLD Security Licence & Open Cabling Licence
