The Role:
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will support the Financial Planner to enhance client relationships and deliver exceptional financial planning support. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the main Financial Adviser by assisting in preparing for client meetings, managing documentation, and maintaining compliance
• Prepare documentation for client reviews, update data, and ensure timely completion of meetings
• Support planners in implementing strategies, liaise with fund managers, and keep clients informed
• Prepare correspondence, respond to inquiries promptly, and coordinate client details
• Update client information accurately, act upon instructions promptly, and ensure database integrity
• Answer general enquiries from clients

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1-2 years' experience in client services in a financial planning context
• Strong commitment to exceptional client service
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management
• Proficiency in administration system XPlan
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work collaboratively in a professional team
• Technical knowledge of legislative and industry standards
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship-building
