About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Front Desk professional to join our team at The Basketball Lab Pty Ltd in Underwood, Queensland. This is a casual role, offering flexibility to fit around your schedule. The role will be weekdays 5pm - 9pm with Thursday and Friday being two days that applicants must have free.

What you'll be doing

Warmly greeting and welcoming all visitors, clients and customers

Providing excellent customer service and handling enquiries

Answering and directing customers questions

Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed

Maintaining a neat and organised reception area

Supporting the wider team as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

Friendly, professional and enthusiastic demeanour

Competent in using standard office equipment and software
