About the Role
Join the Complex Support Needs Branch and provide vital support for participants navigating complex circumstances. This APS3 role involves managing participant matters, coordinating appointments, providing front-of-house support, and contributing to smooth office operations. You’ll play a key part in ensuring participants receive timely, accurate information and support while assisting internal teams with administrative and operational tasks.

What You Will Do
Manage and resolve participant matters, providing guidance and referrals where needed.
Provide front-of-house support, responding to enquiries via counter, phone, or email.
Coordinate appointments and ensure accessible facilities for participants.
Perform data entry, research, and prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation.
Monitor and respond to team mailbox, track follow-ups, and maintain accurate records.
Support operational and administrative processes to enable smooth branch functioning.
What You Will Bring
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Good verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and respond to enquiries professionally.
Problem-solving skills and adaptability to manage changing priorities.
Competence with office software (Microsoft Office Suite) and relevant administrative tools.
Awareness of confidentiality, privacy principles, and professional etiquette.
Desirable: qualifications or experience in related fields supporting complex needs.
