Skills and Qualifications

Expected daily routine:

Attend office / review daily schedule on SimPRO

Complete jobs on schedule as required / ascertain details for quotes

Maintain minimum stock levels of vehicle

Liaise with customers, management, admin and co-workers

Generate further work / business

Facilitate and satisfy all customer requirements - exceed customer expectations

Leave work site cleaner than when you arrived

Adhere to OHS requirements

High level of attention to detail required

Carry on-call phone as per rotating roster

Be punctual and arrive to work in presentable fashion

Treat residential properties as the customers sanctuary

Enjoy yourself, love what you do and have a great day!

Specifically:

Show an enthusiastic approach in Domestic Service, Gas Servicing and Commercial Maintenance Installations

Keen understanding of water, sanitary and gas installations

Plumbing Licence/Registration

White (Red) Industry Card

Current Drivers Licence

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work autonomously

An upbeat and motivated attitude toward tasks

Type A Gas Registration - Highly Advantageous

Thorough understanding and familiarity with all domestic gas appliances - Highly Advantageous
