About the Role:

Attend a mix of real estate and private residential plumbing jobs

Diagnose issues on-site and clearly explain solutions to clients

Provide accurate quotes and sell additional services where appropriate

Carry out repairs including blocked drains, tap leaks, roof leaks, hot water faults, and gas appliance servicing

Use ServiceM8 to manage jobs and record details efficiently

Communicate professionally with tenants, property managers, homeowners and other team members

What we are looking for:

Extensive experience in:

Roofing installations/repairs

Gas appliance repairs and servicing

Heating and cooling installation, repairs and servicing

Leak detection reports and diagnostics

Evaporative cooler repairs & servicing

What You’ll Need:

Registered Plumber (Cert III Plumbing)

Proven experience in residential maintenance plumbing (5 Years preferred)

Valid Manual driver’s licence & White Card

Strong experience with real estate/property maintenance work

Knowledge of plumbing codes, standards and safety requirements

Ability to quote confidently and clearly explain work to clients

Great communication, time management, and customer service skills

A proactive attitude and pride in your workmanship
