Are you a Loan Processor or Settlements Officer looking to take the next step in your career? This is your chance to join a growing property group as their new Operations Coordinator. Based in a modern South Yarra office, you’ll be part of a collaborative team that values initiative, attention to detail, and strong communication.

The Role:
Reporting to the operations manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the business. This includes:

Overseeing settlement and loan processing workflows

Managing key documentation and compliance requirements

Liaising with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders

Supporting operational projects and process improvements

Providing high-level administrative support to the leadership team

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a Loan Processor, Settlements Officer, or in a similar financial services role

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently
