About Us
CHC Pharmacy TerryWhite Chemmart is a leading community pharmacy located opposite Coffs Harbour Hospital within the Specialist Medical Centre. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care to our community, supported by a friendly, collaborative team and strong connections with local GPs, aged care facilities, and health providers.

We are now seeking an additional RMMR-accredited Pharmacist to join our dynamic team and help us continue delivering high-quality medication management services across our network.

The Role

Conduct Residential Medication Management Reviews (RMMRs) for residents in local aged care facilities

Build strong working relationships with GPs, nurses, and facility staff

Deliver clear, clinically relevant recommendations to optimise patient outcomes

Maintain accurate, timely documentation and reporting in line with program requirements

Support other clinical pharmacy services where required

Provide your own transport to attend facilities within the Coffs Harbour region (travel reimbursed as per agreement)

About You

Current AHPRA registration as a pharmacist

RMMR accreditation (AACP or equivalent)

Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively

Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel to local facilities
