Full-time Retail Pharmacist

An opportunity has become available for a pharmacist to join our team as a full-time pharmacist. We are looking for a competent pharmacist to join us and add some value to the pharmacy team in a clinical and aged care work space, not customer facing. You will receive lots of support from management and our experienced team of pharmacists. we are excited to add another member of the family and supportive team we have been lucky to put together and stay with us long-term.

The Role:

As a clinical pharmacist, you will be a key part of the aged care pharmacy team. Be a part of our professional work culture and high-performing team, aiming to exceed the expectations of all patients. Work in a community pharmacy on weekends with small prescription volume, and support the aged care team with dispensing, managing medication sachets and profiels and assisting with questions from the retail team.

Your normal week will consist of 1 shift every second Saturday and 4 weekdays per week (often we use a 9 day fortnight for full-time staff so it can be flexible). We also offer up to 1 day on the road each week visiting aged care homes as an optional part of the role.

Further opportunity for a higher salary via after-hours work, as an on-call pharmacist for advice and medication delivery are also available.

Candidate requirements:

Currently AHPRA registered pharmacist

>1 years experience working in community pharmacy

BPharm (or relevant bachelor degree) or higher qualification
