About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Cincotta Chemist Belrose as a Pharmacist In Charge. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing pharmacy operations and ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety. Based in Belrose, NSW, you will play a key role in supporting the local community and contributing to the success of this thriving community pharmacy, with both weekday and weekend shifts available to suit the right candidate.

What you'll be doing

Providing expert pharmaceutical advice and dispensing services to customers

Managing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including stock control, financial management, and regulatory compliance

Leading and mentoring a team of pharmacy assistants and technicians

Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated patient care

Maintaining accurate records and ensuring the pharmacy operates in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations

Actively contributing to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures

Promoting the pharmacy's services and engaging with the local community

What we're looking for

Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent qualification and fully registered Pharmacist with a current AHPRA licence

Significant experience in a similar Pharmacist In Charge or senior pharmacy management role

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service

Demonstrated expertise in pharmacy operations, including inventory management, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance

A commitment to continuing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Current vaccination accreditation to provide immunisation services

Experience with pharmacy dispensing software (FRED Dispense or similar systems preferred)
