About the Role:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Technologist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the development, implementation, and optimization of our automation and maintenance systems.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Apply engineering and technological knowledge to support the design, development, and installation of automated packaging, gluing, and production systems.

· Interpret engineering designs and adapt technical specifications for the manufacture, assembly, and commissioning of special-purpose machinery.

· Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of automated equipment, ensuring compliance with performance, safety, and quality standards.

· Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations for machinery refurbishment, tooling replacement, and production line upgrades.

· Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including CAD drawings, reports, manuals, and standard operating procedures.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline

· At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within industrial automation

· Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and PLC systems

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
