- Salary range: $101,869 - $118,844 (pro rata) plus super plus salary packaging
- Up to $15,900 in salary packaging and hybrid WFH & office model
About the role
In this role, you will coordinate the governance, reporting, administration, and financial management of the Private Practitioner Short Service Scheme (PPSSS), which delivers duty lawyer and Help Before Court services.
You will also manage financial tasks for private practitioner short legal services and administer contracts for the scheme. Additionally, you will provide advice on process and strategy and work to improve the stakeholder experience and strengthen client and practice partner relationships.
This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country.
About you
As our ideal candidate, you will possess:
- Demonstrated experience in leading policy development and project management, design, coordination and implementation.
- Well-developed data management, contract management, reporting, analysis and financial skills. This includes the ability to analyse financial and statistical data and produce concise reports.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with people across all levels of the organisation and with external stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Tertiary qualification in law, public policy or a related field (not mandatory but highly desirable).
