Reporting & Data Analyst

About the Role

We’re seeking a Reporting & Data Analyst who can turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic and operational decisions. In this role, you’ll work across a variety of projects, developing advanced reporting solutions and delivering analysis that drives efficiency, performance, and innovation.

You’ll play a key role in building models, shaping business forecasts, and equipping stakeholders with the information they need to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and enhance data models, dashboards, and reports to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver insights.
• Translate technical analysis into clear, practical recommendations through presentations and reports.
• Streamline processes and tools to improve accuracy, efficiency, and usability.
• Keep up to date with emerging data technologies and industry trends to strengthen capability.

About You

You’re an analytical thinker with strong technical skills and a genuine interest in solving problems through data. You know how to communicate complex findings in a simple, impactful way and thrive when working collaboratively.

You will bring:

• A tertiary qualification in analytics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline
• Experience in reporting, data analysis, Power BI and modelling.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or other relevant data tools and languages.
• Familiarity with version control and project management tools (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps).
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
