Your Mission

As our International Freight Forwarder, you’ll be the steady hand at the helm, guiding customers through their import and export journeys. From coordinating end-to-end shipments to keeping clients informed every step of the way, you’ll make sure cargo lands safely while our customers feel supported and in the know.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing import/export shipments in partnership with our global agents and service providers

Handling LCL & FCL shipments from origin to destination

Monitoring vessels and liaising with shipping lines, airlines, and consolidators

Updating clients proactively on exceptions, delays, and wins

Coordinating FCL & LCL cartage and customs broker communication

Keeping our tailor-made software data sharp and accurate
