What you’ll do

  • Coordinate sea & air freight, import & export
  • Manage bookings, docs & customs clearance
  • Keep clients, carriers & partners in the loop
  • Cost & data entry in CargoWise (accuracy is key!)
  • Stay on top of shipments & sort issues before they escalate

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years’ freight forwarding experience
  • CargoWise is a MUST (non-negotiable)
  • Knowledge of freight processes & INCOTERMS
  • Strong communicator & problem-solver
  • Detail-driven, proactive & team-focused
