About the role
Bells At Killcare, a leading luxury hotel in the stunning Central Coast region of New South Wales, is seeking a passionate and experienced F&B Day Manager to join their team. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations during the day, whilst delivering exceptional guest service to our leisure and corporate clients.
What you'll be doing
Manage the day-to-day food and beverage operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction across all dining experiences
Liaise with the kitchen team to coordinate menu execution and quality control
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Assist with financial reporting and budget management for the F&B department
Provide coaching and mentoring to the F&B team to drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with the wider hotel management team to align on business objectives
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar F&B management role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting
Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and exceptional customer service
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with guests and cross-functional teams
Proficient in financial management and reporting, with a keen eye for detail
Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding experiences
