The role

Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in a fast-paced, compliance-focused environment. You'll use sound clinical judgement, communicate clearly, document accurately and collaborate across a multidisciplinary team. Mixed roster including some evenings/weekends.

You'll bring

AHPRA Registered Nurse

Minimum 5 years RN experience in Australian residential aged care (mandatory)

Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards & clinical governance

Competence in medication management, wound care, documentation, care planning

Team player with resident-first communication and adaptability
