We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses for permanent part-time opportunities at a well-established residential aged care facility within the Bendigo region.

This facility has a strong reputation for providing high-quality, person-centred care and requires skilled nursing staff to support a complex resident mix in a fast-paced, compliance-focused environment. Due to the clinical demands of this site, only candidates who meet the mandatory local experience criteria will be considered.

Role Overview

The Registered Nurse will play a critical role in the delivery of care, ensuring clinical excellence and compliance with current aged care standards. This role requires confident decision-making, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will be rostered across a mix of shifts, including some evenings and weekends, based on availability and organisational needs.

Candidate Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum of 5 years experience working as an RN in Australian residential aged care - mandatory
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance principles
• Proven ability in medication management, wound care, clinical documentation, and care planning
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a resident-focused approach
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing care environments
• Willingness to participate in a roster that includes weekends and evening shifts
