Construction Labourer – Glass, Aluminium & Steel (Canberra)

About the Role

At Anything Glass and Aluminium Pty Ltd, we’re looking for motivated Construction Labourers to support our skilled tradesmen across a variety of projects. This role starts casual, with strong potential to progress into full-time employment for the right people. You’ll be part of a supportive crew where no two days are the same.

What You’ll Do

Assist with the installation, repair and maintenance of glass and aluminium products

Assist with the installation, repair and maintenance of steel storage lockers

Prepare and maintain safe, tidy work areas

Load, unload and transport materials and equipment

Work as part of a close-knit team to complete construction and maintenance tasks

What We’re Looking For

Some experience in labouring or construction (preferred, not essential)

Construction Induction card, Asbestos Awareness card and Crystalline Silica Exposure Prevention card (essential)

Physically fit and comfortable with manual work

A strong work ethic, reliability and punctuality

Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment

Willingness to learn, take direction and grow your skills
