We’re seeking a motivated Hydrovac / Labourer Truck Operator to join our drilling crew. This role combines physical, hands-on work with truck operation. You’ll support hydrovac and drilling projects across the Canberra area, assisting with safe excavation, site prep, and equipment operation.

Key Responsibilities

Operate hydrovac trucks and related equipment safely and efficiently

Perform site setup, excavation, and clean-up

Assist drilling team with daily operations and maintenance tasks

Follow all safety procedures and project requirements

Conduct basic equipment checks and report maintenance needs

What We’re Looking For

HR truck licence

Basic understanding of civil construction or willingness to learn

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety

Ability to work as part of a team and take direction

Physical fitness for manual labour and outdoor work
