The Ultimate On-Site/Hybrid Sales Role for 2025 Warm Leads, Real Impact, No Sleazy Tactics

We are Brother Boxing! A structured, no-ego boxing gym in Cheltenham (Melbourne) built for beginners through to hungry intermediates who want real boxing skills, not generic fitness classes. We’re growing fast and we’re looking for 1–2 Sales Consultants (Member Success Advisors) to help more people step into boxing with purpose.

This is a high-impact sales role where you’ll combine your sales craft with a mission that actually changes lives and helps us keep up with demand. You’ll work with warm leads, a clear offer (our 21-Day Boxing Blueprint + Memberships) and an obsessed coaching team that backs you up with legit delivery. No yelling on street corners. No cold-call boiler rooms. Just real conversations, real outcomes, and a community that wins together.

Our aim is simple: help thousands of everyday people go from nervous to confident, stacking wins in and out of the gym.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Part-Time 30-40hrs. On-site in Cheltenham with hybrid flexibility once you’re humming, so no more getting stuck in traffic or experiencing Groundhog Day.

Join a tight, high-performing team that values structure, accountability, and fun.

Own the end-to-end sales cycle for warm inbound leads: speed-to-lead, discovery, consultative selling, objection handling, close, and smooth handover to coaching.

Work our CRM + GymMaster pipeline daily with precision: follow-ups, SMS/DM, call blocks, and show-rate campaigns.

KPIs you’ll drive: contact rate, show rate, close rate, daily activity, revenue, and rollovers to memberships.

No freezing cold calling or street prospecting. Leads come from ads, email campaigns, referrals, trials, and our community.

Training provided: weekly coaching, call reviews, live drills, and clear playbooks.

Flexible hours across some mornings and evenings.

Clear progression to Senior Sales, Sales Lead, Sales Manager pathways.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

2+ years of proven sales (phone or in-person) hitting activity & revenue targets. You love the phone and handling objections.

Consultative closer. you listen hard, diagnose fast, and prescribe the right next step.

Coachability. You want feedback, use scripts, track your numbers, iterate, and are coachable in our methods and methodologies.

Health/fitness passion (boxing interest = big bonus). You believe training changes lives.

Competitive & fun. you want to win, but you’re great to win with.

Process-driven: CRM hygiene, follow-up SLAs, and personal scorecards are your jam.

Bonus points: studio/gym sales experience, retention or community-building chops.
