About the Role

We’re seeking a full-time, office-based Administration Officer to join our friendly team in Port Melbourne during a time of rapid growth. The role will comprise a broad range of administrative duties including:

Customer Service

Sales order entry

Data entry and maintenance

Accounts receivable

Payment reconciliation

📍 Location: Port Melbourne
🕒 Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time, Office-Based

Skills & Experience
