About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join our established Bedshed Malaga store. Passionate about customer service, we’re looking for a conscientious individual who can contribute to the ongoing success and growth of our store.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of helping our customers find the right solutions. From understanding their needs and providing expert product knowledge, to ensuring every interaction ends with a satisfied customer, you’ll play a key part in building lasting relationships and maintaining the high standard of service we’re known for.

You’ll also be involved in keeping the store fresh and inviting — maintaining displays, rotating and ticketing stock, and ensuring the shopping environment is welcoming, organised, and enjoyable.

About you

Friendly, patient, and approachable, you’re a team player who enjoys working collaboratively and being part of a supportive environment. With a keen eye for detail, you ensure every step of the sales process is handled smoothly and correctly. Quick to learn and eager to grow, you bring energy, reliability, and a can-do attitude.

Flexibility with availability and working hours is essential as some weekend and public holiday work will be required.

Qualifications:

Required

A minimum of 2 years experience in sales

Exceptional negotiating skills

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Have an extremely high attention to customer service

Be flexible with rosters and available for weekend work

Great computer skills
