Ready to lead with vision, drive innovation, and make a lasting impact? As a Regional Manager, you'll oversee 10 thriving Outside School Hours Care services from Munster to Mount Pleasant, creating safe, engaging, and inclusive spaces where children flourish.

Your Role & Mission

As a hands-on leader, you’ll be on the ground, stepping into ratio when needed, mentoring teams, and setting the gold standard for excellence. Your impact will be felt through:

Who Are We Looking For?

We're on the hunt for a passionate, driven leader ready to make waves in OSHC!

✔️ 2+ years of experience working with children
✔️ Multi-site leadership experience in OSHC
✔️ Diploma or higher in a relevant field
✔️ Current certifications (Working With Children, First Aid incl. CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis)
✔️ Food Handling/Safety certification (preferred)
✔️ Valid driver’s license & permanent Australian work rights
