We are seeking a Showroom Consultant with flair, commercial drive, and a true passion for interiors to be the welcoming face of the Claremont showroom. This is a rare opportunity to combine leadership, creativity, and sales expertise in a role where every day brings new inspiration. This is a full-time role with the prime working week Tuesday to Saturday based on 38 hour per week.

Key Responsibilities
As the Showroom Consultant , you will:

Oversee all daily operations and ensure the showroom runs with seamless precision

Ensure all administrative functions are completed in timely manner

Work along side the team to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences

Provide expert interior design guidance and collaborate with our design studio

Maintain world-class visual merchandising and showroom presentation

Manage inventory and coordinate stock ordering with suppliers

Implement creative sales strategies, promotions, and events to drive business growth

Requirements
To excel in this role, you will bring:

A genuine passion for luxury interiors and artisan design

Physical ability to assist with tasks such as moving and arranging rugs up to 20kg on occasion.

Proven leadership and communication skills

Strong organisational and administrative ability with meticulous attention to detail

Previous retail management experience, ideally in a premium or design-driven brand

Current manual driver’s licence (preferred)

Competence in point-of-sale systems, cash handling, and Mac computers

(Desirable) Knowledge of interior design principles and a strong aesthetic sense
