About the role

Link-Force Au' is seeking an experienced Formwork Carpenter to join our team in Brisbane, QLD. This is a casual position, offering the flexibility to choose your work hours and locations that suit your needs.

What you'll be doing

Reading and interpreting construction blueprints and specifications to accurately cut, assemble and install formwork components

Ensuring formwork is constructed to precise specifications and safety standards

Coordinating with other trades to maintain project timelines and quality

Troubleshooting any issues that arise and offering practical solutions

Mentoring and training junior carpenters as required

Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Formwork Carpenter, ideally 3+ years

Strong working knowledge of construction materials, methods and safety protocols

Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Good communication and teamwork abilities

Carpentry or Cabinet Making trade qualification

Current construction industry safety certifications (e.g. White Card)
