Dicks Diggers is expanding its team due to increased projects across Sydney and Greater Sydney. We’re seeking experienced Excavator Operators (1.7t – 40t), Roller Operators, Skilled Labourers, and Civil Engineers for long-term projects.

We specialise in bulk and detailed excavation, stormwater drainage, and civil construction projects for industrial and commercial sites throughout Sydney.

Requirements:

• Relevant and valid licenses

• White Card (Construction Induction Card)

• Civil construction site experience (Unfortunately no traineeships available at this time)

• Asbestos awareness/supervisor/removal qualifications a bonus

• Strong commitment to workplace safety

• Ability to get to and from work

• Ability to pass random drug & alcohol testing within the company & on-site (Mandatory requirement on our sites which is a nonnegotiable)

• References required

• VOC/SOA tickets

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
