About the firm

Our client is a boutique family law practice, well known for handling the full spectrum of family matters across VIC, NSW and QLD. The team is growing steadily, supported by a constant flow of new and interesting work. They have strong expertise in both litigation and settlements, including reported judgments, giving their lawyers variety and excellent career development.

The role

This Associate position will see you handling diverse family law matters with increasing autonomy, while working closely with senior practitioners.

• Advising on property and parenting disputes
• Drafting high-quality affidavits, orders and agreements
• Representing clients at mediations and hearings
• Supporting on complex litigation when required

What you’ll bring

• 4+ years PQE in family law
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Client-focused and collaborative approach
