The Role
We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house operations. This hands-on leadership role covers our café service as well as catering and events.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations
Lead, train, and support the kitchen team
Maintain food quality, consistency, and safety standards
Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
Monitor budgets, food costs, and labour efficiency
Ensure smooth delivery across café, catering, and event services
About You
Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or similar role
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Solid knowledge of food safety and compliance
Ability to manage costs and drive efficiency
Professional, proactive, and team-focused approach
