Just five minutes from Tewantin, our park includes a bustling bistro, a casual café, a general store, and a popular school camp program, all set in a natural environment that attracts both travellers and locals.

What we are looking for
Solid cooking experience preparing tasty and consistent meals in a fast-paced café or food outlet
Top-notch organisational skills — you can juggle tasks with ease.
A positive, can-do attitude whether it’s flat-out busy or cool and calm.
Strong communication skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene
Must be a team player and available to work weekends
Current Food Handlers Certificate and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain both.

About the role
As our Cook, you’ll:
Prepare and serve delicious, high-quality meals — fast and fresh!
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen.
Deliver exceptional food and customer service while adhering to food safety and OHS standards
Assist with ordering, stock control, and cash handling.
This role includes cooking for visitors to the Bar & Bistro and helping to cater for school groups staying at BIG4 Noosa North Shore Retreat.
Your days will include:
Cooking and food prep
Keeping kitchen and service areas spotless
Managing food safety and storage
Customer facing duties such as taking orders and running food
Handling daily cleaning and waste removal
Liaising with suppliers and updating menus
Ensure customer needs are exceeded
Ensure all food handling safety and OHS procedures are adhered to at all times.
