We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced prep and dinner Cook to join our vibrant team at Moustache Wine Bar. This is a casual role based in our wine bar in Mermaid Beach, Queensland. You will be assisting in food prep for our amazing dinner menu as well as assisting our chef on Saturday nights for dinner service.

This position requires availability for evening and weekend shifts.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking a variety of Euro inspired menu items to the highest standards

Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment

Wednesday pasta night! Passion for cooking great pasta.

Working closely with the Head Chef to ensure consistently high-quality food

Providing excellent customer service and contributing to a positive team environment

What we're looking for

Experience as a Cook or similar role in a fast-paced hospitality environment

Strong practical cooking skills and an understanding of food preparation techniques

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of the business

Australian work rights are required for this position

Food safety certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment
