We are currently recruiting for skilled operators to join our team. Based in Cobram, this is an exciting opportunity for ongoing work until June 2026 with fixed-term, full-time contracts available. We offer 6-day work weeks and require all applicants to have bulk earthworks experience.

• GPS Excavator Operators
• GPS Dozer Operators
• Bulk Load Excavator Operators
• 40T Dump Truck Operators
• Scraper Operators
• Roller Operator
• Road Watercart Operator

About the Role:

• Flexibility Required: Applicants should be open to operating multiple machines and may be required to perform some labouring duties as needed.
• Immediate Start Available: We’re ready to bring people on board right away!

About You:

To be considered for these roles, you will need:

• A minimum of 3 years for non-GPS roles, and 5 years for GPS roles (excavator 20-45T and dozer D6).
• Experience with landfill work is preferred.
• A valid Construction Induction White Card.
• Available to work Monday to Saturday.
• A current Victorian driver’s license.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• References from previous employers.
