We’re seeking multiple experienced Excavator, Moxy, Watercart and Loader Operators to join one of Australia’s top civil contractors, specialising in road construction, renewable projects and subdivisions.
With ongoing projects in locations such as Aintree, Fraser Rise, Craigieburn, Kalkallo, etc, this is your chance to secure long-term, temp-to-perm work, excellent career progression, and industry-leading pay.

Your Day-to-Day

• Trimming verge and road reserves to finish level
• Box outs for kerb, crossover, or service trenches
• Cutting to levels for stormwater, sewer, or NBN conduits
• Transport bulk earth, rock and materials across civil sites
• Operate Watercart for dust suppression and soil compaction on active civil sites
• move soil, gravel, rock and other bulk materials using the loader bucket
• stockpile materials and maintain haul roads

What You Need to Have

• Minimum 1 year experience operating Excavators
• Preferred experience operating excavators with GPS Topcon, Trimble or UTS system
• License + Car - Some of our projects are hard to reach so we require you to have reliable transport to get to site
• High attention to detail and patience
• Ability to work independently and think ahead
• Good communication and teamwork
• Willingness to work 10-hour days, 5–6 days/week, including overtime and weekends as required
