Fetch Recruitment is seeking experienced excavator operators to join our team on multiple ongoing projects across Melbourne's north.

What you’ll be doing

• Trimming verge and road reserves to finish level
• Bulk earth work and stock pilling
• Box outs for kerb, crossover, or service trenches
• Cutting to levels for stormwater, sewer, or NBN conduits
• Working around live services or completed sections of the subdivision
• Supporting pipe crews or drainage teams by spot digging
• Back fill trenches and other earthworks areas to spec
• Trim batters and pads for final inspections or compaction
• Carry out clean-up cuts around services and structures like pits, manholes, or retaining walls

What’s on offer

• $42-45 per hour (depending on experience)
• Travel allowance – $21.94 per day
• Meal allowance – $18.51 (after 9.5hrs worked)
• Long-term work with real job security
• Supplied PPE.

What we’re looking for

• White Card (Essential)
• Plant/machinery tickets (essential)
• Valid driver’s licence + reliable transport
• 5 + years previous experience
• Willingness to do a D&A test
