About The Role
The Learning Diversity Leader position is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing inclusive education programs that support students with diverse learning needs, including those with disabilities, chronic health issues, and high academic capabilities. The Learning Diversity Leader leads the Learning Diversity team, manages the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD), and coordinates a range of support services such as literacy and numeracy interventions, speech pathology, social work programs, and personalised learning plans. The role requires strong collaboration with families, teachers, and allied staff to ensure students receive appropriate adjustments and support both in and beyond the classroom.

Our partner school is an all-boys Catholic school located in Melbourne's east with approximately 1000 students. The school offers a vertical pastoral care system creating and building strong relationships across all year levels.
