The Opportunity

Supporting an extremely friendly and approachable Partner and a small team, your day to day responsibilities will include both Legal Admin and Paralegal duties:

Drafting and formatting contracts, legal documents and correspondence

Working with clients directly, building relationships, and supporting business development

Diary and email management

Opening files, running conflict checks, and closing files

Monthly Billing, time entry and expense management

Assisting in organising events, seminars, travel and conferences

Assisting with bids and proposals

You

To be considered for this role, you will have:

18+ months experience as a Legal Secretary

A proven ability to work well under pressure

Advanced MS Suite skills

Excellent communications and problem solving skills

A positive and proactive approach

A desire for longevity in a support position (unfortunately, we cannot consider Law Students or recent Graduates for this position)
