What You'll Do

Welcome patients & manage appointments

Handle accounts, payments & health fund claims

General office admin and phone/email support

Work closely with our dentists and practice manager

What We're Looking For

Great communicator with a warm, friendly personality

Organised, reliable and eager to learn

Team player with strong work ethic

Admin or dental experience a bonus (but not essential!)

Valid Australian work rights required

Minimum Year 10 completion required

Occasional Saturday availability preferred
