Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for weekly leadership meetings, including documenting actions, decisions, and outcomes.

Follow up with leadership team members on agreed objectives and timelines.

Maintain and update project logs, registers, and action trackers.

Assist with the collection of data and information to measure performance against agreed objectives.

Support issue resolution by escalating and tracking matters through to closure.

Prepare simple reports and updates for the leadership team as required.

Undertake other general administrative duties as directed.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in an administrative or support role.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Ability to follow through on tasks and manage competing priorities.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
