About the Role

· Carry out new customer’s credit check.

· Open new customer account.

· Process customers’ payment on a daily basis.

· Reconcile customer’s outstanding balances.

· Follow up for outstanding debt.

· Prepare list of customers for stop supply for Sales Manager’s review.

· Attend customers’ enquiries and issues.

*Ad-hoc administration tasks as required
