We are looking for a resilient, hard working customer service operator who has very strong skills on SAP. Firstly to join the customer service team in undertaking the backlog of work and moving into a customer service role further down the track

This role includes:

• Handling inbound and outbound phone calls – providing exceptional service to patients, clinics, and hospitals
• Performing accurate data entry into SAP
• Liaising with various internal teams – including sales, logistics, and warehousing
• Supporting order management and customer follow-ups
• Tracking orders and managing customer information

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a customer support role, where you’ve chased orders
• Strong communication skills with a patient and empathetic approach
• Ability to work through a high volume of calls and adapt to change
• A background in the medical or healthcare industry is highly regarded
• Experience using SAP is essential
